As you start your side hustle or gear up to launch a business, there are several factors to consider as you’re crafting the plan for your business. This session will help you assess your readiness in five important areas: your business idea, potential customers, your life and outside commitments, your personal strengths/weaknesses and the future growth plans for your business. By the end of this session, you’ll have a better sense of where to focus your energy, what hurdles you may need to overcome and how ready you are to take the next steps to launch or grow your side hustle.
